I paddled McConnell Lake, then went hiking and geocaching at Stake Lake.    I placed a new cache on the Giant Firs Trail, then hiked a loop route to pick up two micros (by HE&L) in trees on the Ponderosa Trail.   Reminder to self to bring tweezers.    I parked on the Lac le Jeune Road, then hopped the fence to get a geocache by MaliBooBoo.   

All okay, but my GPs is misbehaving.     It may be old batteries, so I will do some additional testing.     The newer GPS devices have Bluetooth and installed maps – very appealing (but expensive).
