I launched my kayak from the west end of the lake, then paddled east to the Gibraltar Rock area and back.    I secured the boat, then followed the trail along the same eastward trajectory to pick up two geocaches, then I placed one more new geocache farther on:

This was a meta cache, that is, a cache page about my attitude toward the activity.   Either way, the journey along the lake trail is a blessing in itself.
